ray optics 12
Magnification gives how many times the image has been magnified by the instrument.
Angular magnification: the ratio of the angle subtended at the eye by the image formed by an optical instrument to that subtended at the eye by the object when not viewed through the instrument.
Magnifying power: It is how much larger a given lens can make an image appear. This is a direct relationship between the focal length of the lens and the least distance of distinct vision.
