Sir, my doubt is still not clear, as your reply is not as per my query. Lets reply point wise:
1 the complete frame ie rod connected across R is moving continuously with speed v in uniform B (consider it in mid of B only while moving, not enter/exit) then rod should produce emf =Blv as per motional emf concept ie current=Blv/R will flow thru ckt/frame in spite of no change in flux.(please tell agreed/not agreed)
2. But as per as per Faraday law there should not be any emf because no change in area as whole frame/ckt is in B only(consider it in mid of B only while moving, not enter/exit) please tell agreed/not agreed
PLEASE EXPLAIN POINT-WISE WHETHER AGREED/NOT AGREED…..
BLV is motion emf when the rod is moving in a magnetic field v being prepare to B.
motional emf is not for a loop. it is a finite rod which is moving in a constant magnetic field. +ve and -ve charges move to opposite ends of rod since they experience force in opposite directions.
flux change applicable for closed loop not for a segment which is not closed
